Every booking includes the full mobile golf simulator setup, delivery, installation, attendant during your event, and breakdown. We bring everything needed for your guests to play, including the screen, turf, clubs, and balls. You don’t need to provide anything.
We typically need a flat area large enough to safely set up the simulator and allow for comfortable swings–15x20 feet at a minimum. If you’re unsure about your space, you can send us a photo and we’ll confirm if it works.
Both. We can set up indoors or outdoors as long as the space meets the size and safety requirements. Outdoor setups may depend on weather conditions.
We arrive about 1 hour before your event for setup and need about 1 hour after for breakdown. This time is separate from your booked hours.
We service Bryan–College Station and surrounding areas within a 30-mile radius at no additional cost. Beyond that, a $1/mile travel fee applies.
A $200 deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your event.
Yes. The simulator is designed for all skill levels. Most guests pick it up quickly and enjoy it, even if they’ve never played before.
Corporate events, weddings, private parties, fundraisers, and community gatherings. It works best as a central activity that guests can come in and out of throughout the event.
Yes. If you need something outside of the standard time options, we can create a custom package based on your event.
